Suspension of Services

Under the regulations of NEA and URA, there can only be one licensee for one premise.

Eusoff Hall has leased the premises to Hong Yun Catering (breakfast and dinner caterer for Eusoff residents), and XpresSupper was sublet under Hong Yun Catering to provide for supper.

Following a series of food poisoning cases that was traced to breakfast, Eusoff conducted a hygiene check on Hong Yun Catering on the 22nd September, and services were suspended for a week beginning September.

As there is only one license, the suspension of Hong Yun Catering automatically suspends the services of XpresSupper.

Although Hong Yun Catering has now resumed services (of providing breakfast and dinner) under probation of Eusoff, Hong Yun Catering does not wish to resume the subletting contract with XpresSupper.
As such, XpresSupper will cease to continue under the premises of Eusoff, and at such short notice, there is no alternative premises for XpresSupper to continue its services.

As such, our services will be halted for this semester, and we will continue to source for another premises to serve you in the not-too-distant future.

We look forward to serving you again, stay tuned.

Notice : All StarHub Users

Services of April 16th was disrupted as there is a huge connection problem between Singtel and Starhub subscribers.

All Starhub subscribers who sent an SMS to our order line, did not register an SMS on our side.

We have conducted an experiment as of 12:50am on April 17th and it is indeed proven that SMS from M1 and Singtel could be registered instantaneously on our order line, but not that of Starhub.

3 orders (and possibly more) from NTU did not register for service of April 16th, and we apologise to these consumers for any inconvenience caused.

As of tomorrow, we will take precautionary measures against such incidents, and a confirmatory SMS (as opposed to a calender note) will be sent to ALL customers. failing which to receive our acknowledgement, do call us immediately.

Thank you for the continual support, look forward to hearing from you soon.
